*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. This role is crucial in supporting the overall operations of the organization through effective cleaning and maintenance practices. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain a clean environment. * Ensure all restrooms are stocked, sanitized, and well-maintained. * Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety regulations. * Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to uphold facility standards. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. * Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required. * Report any issues or concerns regarding facility conditions to management promptly. * Follow established procedures for cleaning hazardous materials or spills safely. *Experience* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. * Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work responsibilities.
