He or she must evaluate credit applications, gather the necessary information from customers' files, and inform them of the terms and conditions of financing offered by the company.</p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze financing applications (creditworthiness, account holder, bank statement, etc.).</li><li>Check the content of funding applications (missing documents/information).</li><li>Verify the authenticity of information provided by customers using specialized computer software.</li><li>Gather information required for the file by communicating with the customer by telephone and e-mail.</li><li>Entering information on the balance sheet</li><li>Decision-making on demand</li><li>Follow up on pending customer files.</li><li>Leave all notes on file to facilitate the work of colleagues.</li><li>Make sure your application is complete and compliant before filing.</li><li>Ensure impeccable customer service.</li><li>Encourage customers to continue with their application when they want to cancel by negotiating terms or finding solutions for customers.</li><li>Carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or related to the position.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge and skills required</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma of Collegial Studies.</li><li>One year's experience in a similar role.</li><li>Experience in an SME (asset).</li><li>Ability to multi-task.</li><li>Recognized for your efficiency, resourcefulness and organizational skills.</li><li>A keen sense of analysis and verification.</li><li>Recognized for your positive attitude and ideas for improvement.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly and easily.</li><li>Sense of customer service.</li><li>Ability to quickly establish a climate of trust with customers.</li><li>Good negotiation skills.</li><li>Known as a team player.</li><li>Ease of going above and beyond your team's needs.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relations.</li><li>Excellent technological skills.</li><li>Bilingualism, both spoken and written.</li></ul><p>Does this job offer appeal to you?
