PHK has a position available for someone who is looking for a long term position with lots of opportunity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -Lead, train and supervise greenhouse workers to ensure the assigned tasks are done well in a safe and efficient manner. -Report any issues with crop health, irrigation, pests and diseases, equipment. -Assist in IPM program and /or chemical treatment of pests and diseases. *SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:* We are looking for a mature, motivated and reliable individual. Who works well together in a team and independently. Who is able to lead and motivate a team. Who has attention for detail. Who has strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Greenhouse experience is an asset. Knowledge of the Spanish language is an asset Salary based on experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 ? 55 per week Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationOtterville, ON
