*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will leverage your skills in account management and market analysis to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. *Duties* * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze market trends. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products. *Requirements* * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or related fields. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
