The Registered Nurse (RN)/Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides primary care functions and participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of services for the patient care population of Thames Valley Family Health Team (TVFHT). Working in collaboration with a Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team, while providing support to the Most Responsible Provider(s) (NP or Physician), the RN/RPN will work to full scope by sharing expertise and knowledge- LocationLondon, ON
