We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the hotel environment. A strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction is essential.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
* Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
* Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
* Handle reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
* Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Uphold hotel policies and procedures while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
*Skills*
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Experience in hotel or hospitality environments preferred.
* Proficiency in operating phone systems effectively.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
* Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is beneficial.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
