*Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Minuteman Press Kitchener. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, front desk operations, and clerical duties, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.
*Responsibilities*
* Answer phones / Route Calls
* Greet / Assist customers
* Assist the Office Manager with daily tasks where required.
* Keep track of / order stock for production.
* Keep track of / order supplies for the office.
* Cross train with other departments to act as a backup when required.
* Perform various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
* Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information.
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
*Skills*
* Previous experience in a print shop environment would be considered an asset.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Gmail.
* Solid clerical skills including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
