*The Role *
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Holistic Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at *R?ja Accounting Inc*. In this role, you will provide essential support to both the Accounting Team and the Head of People and Growth, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of our company. *Reporting to the Head of People and Growth*, you will contribute to a variety of tasks across administrative, marketing, creative, People & Culture (HR), event planning, community engagement, and tech support functions, ensuring efficiency and effective collaboration across all teams.
*What You Will Do:*
* Support the Head of People and Growth with day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and candidate coordination.
* Run errands around town, such as picking up supplies or documents.
* Act as a liaison between the Head of People & Growth and other team members, ensuring clear communication.
* Support People & Culture initiatives, including onboarding, employee check-ins, and engagement activities.
* Assist in creating and updating branded materials using Canva, such as presentations, pricing packages, and social media content.
* Manage and schedule social media content, track performance, and contribute to marketing strategy aligned with holistic values.
* Draft, edit, and distribute newsletters and email campaigns.
* Troubleshoot basic tech issues and liaise with external support when needed.
* Help plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including community and team activities.
* Conduct research to assist with HR, marketing, and business development projects.
* Track and report on marketing and social media campaign analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks, supporting overall team efficiency and growth.
* Address incoming emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members and providing timely responses.
* Provide general administrative support across departments and assist with special projects as needed.
* Coordinate meetings, scheduling, logistics, and materials, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
*Qualifications*:
* Post Secondary education in office administration or equivalent.
* Legally entitled to work in Canada
* 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a small team and accounting office.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
