Direct and control daily operations2. Evaluate daily operations3. Plan and organize daily operations4. Manage staff and assign duties5. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales6. Determine merchandise and services to be sold7. Implement price and credits policies8. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale9. Develop and implement marketing strategies10. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses11. Determine staffing requirements12. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages13. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers14. Oversee payroll administration15. Conduct performance reviews16.
