*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals and operational excellence the pursuit of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs to enhance productivity, profitability and growth. * Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively. * Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. * Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the organization's financial health. * Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and community partners. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards. * Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Drive customer satisfaction initiatives to enhance service delivery and client retention. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial roles within the construction industry. * Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to make data-driven decisions based on analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in using business management software and tools. * Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges. * A degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
