*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, electrical skills, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Millwright will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. *Duties* * Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions. * Includes but not limited to: pumps, motors, clutches, hydraulics, gear boxes * Fabricate and assemble components as needed for repairs or modifications. * Maintain, repair, and install machinery, ensuring optimal performance. * Work with low voltage electrical systems, including logic controllers, to ensure proper functionality. * Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on both metal stamping press equipment and robotic / resistance weld cells * Conduct routine inspections of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety compliance. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. *Skills* * Understanding of industrial maintenance practices and principles. * Strong mechanical aptitude. * Experience with welding techniques and fabrication processes utilizing standard machine shop equipment. * Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and logic controllers. * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to take direction and understand assigned tasks Join our team as a Millwright where your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational success!
