About the Role Assist in drafting routine corporate filings and continuous disclosure documents, including management information circulars, annual information forms, and early warning reports. Contribute to various transactional, reorganization, and funding projects across the organization. Assist in preparing documentation for private placements. Conduct online filings with the British Columbia Securities Commission. Review subscription agreements and compile purchaser lists for organization and reference.
