We are looking for a *Registered Psychologist/Provisional Psychologist who is passionate about providing therapy to individuals and couples.* The ideal candidate will have have specialized training in one or more evidence-based therapy modalities, training in a couples therapy approach, and knowledge of trauma-informed care. Therapy will be conducted both in-person and virtually. * *Innovate & Collaborate:* Work with a growing team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes. * *Grow & Thrive:* Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialized training. *What We?re Looking For:* * *Education: *Masters degree or PhD is required. * *Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist: *Be registered in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Please note: If you are a Provisional Psychologist, an external supervisor will be required for this position, as supervision cannot be provided. * *Experience & Expertise: *Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. You have specialized training in (or willing to actively seek training and certification in) one or more of the following: * Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) * Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) * Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) * Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) * Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) * Somatic-based therapies * EMDR, ART, or Prolonged Exposure Therapy is an asset * _Must have training in a couples therapy modality _(i.e. Gottman Method, EFT for couples etc. Please indicate this in your cover letter.) * *Compassion & Empathy: *A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
