Are you a friendly and motivated individual passionate about providing exceptional care to patients? Dr. Zargar Eyecare is looking for an Ophthalmic Technician to assist in our Dry Eye Spa and collaborate closely with our doctors. We specialize in advanced testing and treatments for dry eye patients, offering services such as Lipiscan, LipiFlow, RF for the eyes, RF for face and IPL, and more. If you have experience in an ophthalmology or optometry clinic and are committed to delivering outstanding patient care, we?d love to meet you! *Responsibilities?*????? ??????Perform preliminary patient screenings and assessments.????? ??????Assist the optometrist in procedures and examinations, including dry eye treatments and myopia management.?????? ??????Take patient medical histories and update electronic medical records accurately.?????? ??????Administer eye drops and medications as directed by the optometrist.?????? ??????Instruct patients on proper contact lens insertion, removal, and care.?????? ??????Conduct diagnostic tests such as visual acuity, tonometry, retinal imaging, OCT, visual field testing, topography, and Neurolens assessments.?????? ??????Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment.????????????Provide occasional support to front desk staff as needed.Skills & Qualifications????????????Exceptional patient care skills with a compassionate and attentive approach.????????????Knowledge of retail sales principles to assist patients in selecting skin care, dry eye products, eyewear, and accessories.?????? ??????Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.?????? ??????Familiarity with medical office procedures and protocols.?????? ??????Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, physicians, and colleagues. *Why Join Us?* We are dedicated to building a team that works side by side with our doctors to deliver the highest standard of patient care.
