I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover accounting, finance and payroll. <br> <br>I'm looking for a Receivables and Payables Technician for my client, a manufacturing company. This is a one-month temporary position in hybrid mode.</p><p>The incumbent is responsible for processing payable, receivable accounting transactions. <br> <br>In addition : <br> <br>- Responsible for producing sales invoices and sending to customers. <br>- Receive supplier invoices and review with corresponding purchase orders. <br>- Cash customers in the system and answer customer questions. <br>- Prepare cheques and bank transfers for signature and approval. <br>- Perform bank reconciliations. <br>- Enter and reconcile corporate credit card statements. <br>- All other related duties.</p><p>Job requirements: <br> <br>- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position. <br>- Spoken and written French/English. <br>- Autonomy, rigor, confidentiality and efficiency. <br>- Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Out look). <br>- College diploma (DEC). <br>- Excellent knowledge of Excel. <br> <br>PROCEDURE: First interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant, then with the Financial Director. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 525 0279</p>- LocationSaint-Hubert, QC
