Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Dairy. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Handling animals. Monitor the calving process. Monitoring animal health. Perform livestock feeding. Prepare a clean, dry area for cows that are calving. Supervise milking operations to ensure work is done correctly . Feed and tend animals. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Milk cows. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Maintain work records and logs. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry. Perform general farm duties. Area of specialization: Dairy cattle. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Experience: Will train.- LocationAthabasca, AB
