*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction project sites from start to finish. The Construction Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Project sizes range from $50,000 to $60,000,000+
*Responsibilities:*
Manage and coordinate construction activities from project initiation to completion.
Supervise and lead construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
*Qualifications:*
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the commercial construction sector, with at least 5yrs in a supervising role.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
Applicants must have Apprentice or Journeyman Carpenter Certification, or other trade ticket and have a professional attitude.
