<p>We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join a company in crossance</p><p>Our client is a leader in its market with an international presence</p><p>As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for <strong><span></span>acquiring new customers (+/- 30%0</strong><span></span> and developing <strong>strong relationships with existing customers (+/- 70%)</strong>. Your role will be to identify growth opportunities, create effective sales strategies and promote our products or services.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers</li><li>Prospect for new potential customers and generate sales leads.</li><li>Understand customer needs and propose solutions adapted to their objectives sales.</li><li>Present and promote services and products in a compelling manner.</li><li>Negotiate contract terms and close agreements with customers.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Participate in professional events and trade shows</li><li>Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience<span> </span><strong>in business development, B2B sales</strong></li><li>Excellent communication and<span> </span><strong>negotiation skills.</strong></li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve goals fixed.</li><li><strong>Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships</strong>.</li><li>Results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.</li><li>Valid driver's license and car<strong><span> </span>(a car allowance will be provided)</strong></li><li>Bilingualism an asset (French and English speaking clientele)</li></ul><p>If you are a person<span> </span><strong>passionate</strong><span> </span> about sales, with initiative and strong communication skills, we would love to meet you.</p><p>Join a dynamic team and contribute to the continued growth of our client's <strong>business.</strong></p><p>Our client offer: Base salary + commissions (uncapped) car allowance + benefits + RRSP +++++</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
