*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all clients. *Duties* * Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients. * Sanitate tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. * Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry. * Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products. * Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workplace. * A valid barbering license or certification as required by state regulations. * A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
