<p>The Near North District School Board is Hiring!<p>Casual Secretary - All Regions<p> Effective ImmediatelyLocation: All Regions *Please indicate your preferred Region on your Cover Letter* North Region - North Bay and Surrounding Areas<p>East Region - Sundridge, South River and Surrounding Areas<p>West Region - Parry Sound and Surrounding AreasThe successful candidate will support school administration in duties associated with the day-to-day operation of an elementary school.Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 education<p> 1-3 years secretarial experience in a school environment<p>Skills Required: High level of competence in secretarial and general office procedures<p> Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite<p> Knowledge of the Student Attendance and Report Card Programs (Edsby) Student Information System (SIS) Programs/PowerSchool is considered an asset<p> Knowledge and experience using KEV accounting and K212 is considered an asset<p> Knowledge of school budget procedures is considered an asset<p> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<p> Experience in a school environment would be an assetRate of Pay: $20.50 plus 4% vacation pay and applicable statutory holiday pay All applicants must be eligible to work in Canada <p>The Near North District School Board is committed to supporting an inclusive and accessible environment.
