We are looking for charismatic and dynamic team-players for a full-time role on our sales team at D&M Auto Recycling. Successful candidates will have friendly and outgoing personalities, eager to sell to a wide variety of customers in a fast-paced office environment. This opportunity is perfect for people with in-depth knowledge of cars/trucks who love helping people from all walks of life keep their vehicles on the roads and a smile on their face. Duties include: - Working directly with customers. We have all kinds, from local walk-in retail to high end repair shops and rebuilders. The majority of your time at work will be spent receiving and making calls, so please have a high social tolerance and a passion for customer service. -Keeping organized records of your sales in our database systems. Our sales team have multiple sales on the go at once, so using the systems we provide and teach is key to making sure no one gets forgotten. Candidates should be comfortable with learning and using computer systems. -Working with your peers at D&M. There are many working parts here at D&M, so maintaining a professional and friendly attitude with your coworkers is key to your success. D&M is proud to be a company with a low turn-over on our employees, we feel that treating our team right makes them happier and more efficient. After completed training we provide $20/hour flat rate for work with commissions based on your sales performance on top. Some of our sales team make more off of their commission than they do from their flat work and you can too if you are driven enough! -A generous benefits package.
