We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RDA2 to join our team and help us continue delivering top-notch care to our patients. *Job Description:* We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA2) join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as an RDA and be well-versed in Alberta IPC standards and regulations. The right candidate may have the opportunity to expand further into a lead position. *Primary Responsibilities:* - Perform sterilization procedures in accordance with Alberta IPC standards and regulations. - Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of dental equipment. - Assist with patient care as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Uphold our core values in all interactions with patients and team members. *Requirements:* - *Minimum of 1 year* of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). - Current knowledge of Alberta IPC standards and regulations. - Proficiency with Open Dental software is a must. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and patient care. *Core Values:* *Humility & Communication:* We value open and honest communication and approach each interaction with humility. *Integrity & Accountability:* We uphold the highest standards of integrity and take responsibility for our actions. *Respect & Support:* We foster a culture of respect and support for our patients and team members. *Compassion & Happiness:* We provide care with compassion and strive to create a happy and positive environment. *Hours:* Monday, Thursday, Sunday - OFF Tuesday 12:30 - 7:00 pm Wednesday 12:30 - 7:00 pm Saturday (2 per month) 8:30 - 3:00 pm \*Subject to expand to full-time in the new year.
