Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Dietitian to join the Home Health team at Raven Song Community Health Centre in Vancouver, BC. Apply today to join our team! As a Home Health Dietitian you will: Work independently and in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team in client's homes or in the ambulatory care setting to advocate, develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans regarding oral and/or enteral nutrition support regime(s). Develop and support food security education and guidance to clients.
