*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage customers effectively and provide them with tailored solutions. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience through product knowledge and exceptional service. *Responsibilities* * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. * Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. * Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. * Provide support in maintaining store appearance, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. *Experience* * Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required. * Kids retail stores experience is a plus. * Multilingual or bilingual skills is a plus, especially Italian. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
