Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced arborist to join our team. As a arborist, you will be responsible for various tasks climbing cleaning safety and etc. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth and development. Responsibilities: - Perform garden and landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, and mulching - Operate and maintain various equipment - Conduct regular inspections of plants, trees, and shrubs to identify any signs of disease or damage - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site Experience: - Previous experience in climbing or tree pruning, and hedging is preferred - Familiarity with rigging techniques and equipment operation is a plus - Ability to operate trucks with an A-Z lisence or D-Z Lisence preferred -Needs to have G license - Strong knowledge of plant species, their care requirements, and common diseases or pests - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions -ISA certified required -Minimum 3 years climbing experience -Tree and shrub indentification -Excellent communication and problem solving If you are passionate about climbing and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
