TH Property Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Backhoe Operator to join our team this winter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing snow in the parking lots of our contracted sites. *Responsibilities* - Operate backhoe with hydraulic wing plow for snow removal & relocation. - Flexible with scheduling and can be on call (nights , weekdays and weekends.) - Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal call ins. -Perform pre-use inspections on all equipment before use. *Qualifications* - Experience operating backhoe, and skid steers. -Clean driving abstract Competitive rates and we do appreciate those with experience in the field.
