We are currently seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Painter. Whether you are just starting your painting career or have years of experience, we?d love to hear from you! What You?ll Do: As a painter at A Brush Above, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: ? Prep work (sanding, caulking, patching holes, and priming surfaces) ? Applying paints, stains, and finishes to various surfaces (interior and exterior) ? Protecting surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and plastic to ensure clean work areas ? Maintaining a clean and organized job site ? Communicating with clients in a professional and courteous manner ? Following safety protocols and company procedures ? Collaborating with the team to complete projects on time and to high standards What We?re Looking For: We are open to both entry-level and experienced candidates. Experience with residential and/or commercial painting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Skills: ? Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Knowledge of painting techniques and tools ? Comfortable using ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment ? Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures ? Clean driving record (for travel to job sites, if applicable) ? Personality: We?re looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
