*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. * Handle heavy lifting of equipment and materials as required. * Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed. * Conduct commercial cleaning in various settings, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. * Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks. * Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as directed. *Experience* * Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. * Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety protocols. * Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within deadlines. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
