*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas. * Utilize power tools and hand tools for deep cleaning tasks as needed. * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly. * Execute commercial cleaning duties in various environments, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. * Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and any issues encountered. * Assist with heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process. *Requirements* * Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks is a plus. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. * Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
