*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting store management by overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of employees. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets and negotiate effectively. *Duties* * Assist in the overall management of the store, including supervising staff and ensuring adherence to company policies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Manage inventory levels, including pricing, buying, and restocking products as necessary. * Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to foster a positive work environment. * Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. * Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies that drive sales. * Ensure that the products are merchandised to company standards * Maintain housekeeping standards * Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff * Other duties as assigned *Requirements* * Proven experience in store management or a similar supervisory role. * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. * Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers. * Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate others. * Familiarity with inventory management processes, including pricing and purchasing decisions. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
