*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and baking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality baked goods. As a Baker, you will play a vital role in creating delicious products that meet our customers' expectations while adhering to food safety standards. *Duties* * Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. * Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and organized, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods. * Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. * Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about products, and taking special orders when needed. *Experience* * Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. * Familiarity with food preparation techniques and baking methods is essential. * Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. * A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is a plus.
