Job Summary This position primarily provides a level of expertise in facilitating and supporting production of virtual classroom learning, evaluating participant performance, providing feedback, and coaching to reinforce learning. Prepares for learning events, conducts classroom management, facilitates courseware, and conducts assessments. Implements and maintains processes, procedures and programs to ensure a positive learning experience for participants to acquire and apply the program's concepts. Secondarily, this position collaborates with Learning Engagement on initiatives to enhance the learning experience and is introduced to- LocationBrampton, ON
