*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join us. We are a small family owned General dentistry practice with one Dentist, one RRDH and one RDH. Our office has an amazing supportive team with extremely low staff turnover. It is a great mentoring environment for newer grads who wish to excel in their field. You will have access to all the latest technologies to assist with your care of clients. Our present RDH of many years will be leaving us shortly to pursue a career in teaching. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health education. As an RDH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while delivering high-quality dental hygiene services. *Responsibilities* * Conduct oral health assessments and document findings in patient records. * Perform comprehensive oral health care and periodontal therapy for patients of all ages. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. * Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient interactions using Maxident software. Training available. * Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients. * Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. * Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience in the dental office. *Requirements* * Valid RDH license * Experience an asset, new grads welcome. Great mentoring environment for new grads who want to excell in the field. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient-centered approach. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Availability -Monday to Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 12pm-8pm Join us in making a positive impact on our patients' lives through exceptional dental care!
