*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice starting in the New Year. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality dental services in a supportive and friendly environment. Option for full-time or part-time available. Availability on weekends is a must. *Duties* * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. * Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive care. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic. * Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures. * Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow in the office. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry, including new techniques and technologies such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design). * Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients. *Qualifications* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. * Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. * Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with familiarity in medical terminology being advantageous. * Proficiency with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages, particularly children. * A commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining high ethical standards in practice.
