*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of aesthetic services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. *Duties* * Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Administer facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort during treatments. * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding post-treatment care and product recommendations. * Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and aesthetic treatments to provide informed recommendations. *Qualifications* * Valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in upselling services and retail products is preferred. * Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus. * Proficient in sanitization practices to maintain a safe environment for clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Previous experience in a spa or salon setting is desirable but not required.
