Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Various locations. Civil (road and bridge construction, etc.). Institutional construction. Pipeline construction (large diameter). Commercial and/or industrial construction. Tasks: Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Prepare reports. Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 16-20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Working at heights training. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Ground Disturbance - Level 1 program. Ground Disturbance - Level II program. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Overtime required. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication.
