You will be responsible for creating stylish looks that reflect the individual preferences of each client while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. *Duties* * Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. * Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and recommend appropriate styles and treatments. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. * Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. * Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Ability to upsell products and services confidently while understanding client needs. * Experience with front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and record management. * Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting salon products effectively.
