Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Food Safe Certificate- Journeyperson Cook certificateOther Education and Training- Health Care Cook Certificate is acceptableCompetencies- Leadership skills- Communication skills- Organizational skills- Interpersonal skills- Basic - Computer skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- Must be available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period.
