<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Company Vehicle will be provided along with milage reimbursement, along with a company phone.</p><p>Mopar Powertrain Network Regional Sales Representative</p><p> </p><p><strong><span class="long-word">REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:</span></strong></p><p>• Building and Maintaining relationships with Chrysler Parts and Service departments in a designated sales area</p><p>• Drive wholesale business back to the Dealerships by calling on local independent repair shops and fleets</p><p>• Maintain a working relationship with local Stellantis Employees</p><p>• Grow Sales and market penetration of Power Train Products in the designated territory</p><p> </p><p><em>This list is not all-inclusive and may vary depending upon day to day business operations</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Required <span class="long-word">Skills/Qualifications:</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>• Must have a valid driver's license.</p><p>• Strong focus on sales and customer relationship building.</p><p>• Ability to coordinate departmental functions and meet common objectives.</p><p>• Leadership experience and capability within project execution and service delivery.</p><p>• Competent, customer-oriented professional who can multi-task and support multiple geographic locations concurrently.</p><p>• Ability to anticipate customer and team needs and provide proactive support.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>• Base Compensation starts at 130K per year</p><p>• Aggressive commission plan based on territory growth</p><p>• Company-provided vehicle</p><p>• 401K with 3% match and insurance</p><p> </p><p><strong>Additional Required Skills May be Required to Perform the Job Successfully:</strong> Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills, Dependability.</p><p>Must obtain a valid state driver's license and meet the company's insurability requirements</p><p><strong>Physical Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
