*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Bilingual Business Consultant (English & Spanish)* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, branding, and management consulting, with a strong background in marketing companies. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to develop innovative strategies, enhance operations, and achieve strategic goals. You will leverage your expertise in process improvement, change management, and project management to deliver impactful results. *Responsibilities* ? Conduct detailed research and analysis to understand client needs, market trends, and organizational challenges. ? Develop and implement tailored business strategies to drive growth, enhance brand positioning, and improve operational efficiency. ? Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present actionable findings. ? Assess and optimize branding strategies, budgets, and creative workflows to align with client objectives and market trends. ? Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using effective change management practices. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of branding and operational projects. ? Prepare comprehensive reports outlining recommendations for organizational enhancements. ? Oversee the implementation of branding and business initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and creative visions. ? Provide expert advice on cohesive branding strategies, including advertising, digital marketing, and visual identity. ? Design and implement departmental policies and procedures aimed at achieving ISO9000 certification and maintaining high operational standards. ? Work closely with the Board of Directors on policy development, quality standards, and company-wide strategies. ? Establish strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, offering proactive solutions, and ensuring measurable results. *Qualifications* ? *Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)*. ? Proven experience in business development, management consulting, and branding within marketing companies. ? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. ? Expertise in process improvement methodologies and change management practices. ? Proficiency in project management principles, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. ? Excellent research skills and attention to detail. ? Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. ? A proactive, client-focused approach to problem-solving and strategy development. ? Demonstrated success in developing innovative, non-traditional branding strategies. *Preferred Qualifications* ? Experience with ISO9000 certification processes. ? Proven ability to optimize branding budgets for maximum impact. ?
