For employees with potential, the company actively supports growth in organizational and coordination abilities, paving the way for advancement in management roles. *Job Position: Manager* *Responsibilities:* You will handle the following tasks, including management-related responsibilities: * Residential Projects: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and equipment. * Commercial Projects: Build and maintain plumbing and heating systems for commercial facilities. * Industrial Projects: Provide installation, inspection, and regular maintenance of plumbing systems for large-scale projects. * Property Maintenance: Collaborate with property management teams to ensure the inspection and optimization of plumbing systems. * Emergency Repairs: Quickly address urgent issues like leaks or clogs to restore system functionality. * System Upgrades and Modifications: Provide customers with solutions for upgrading existing systems. * Project Management Support: Assist in supervising project processes to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met according to company and customer expectations. *Job Requirements* * Experience: 5 years of experience in plumbing or a related field, with management experience preferred. * Professional Certifications: Must hold a valid Canadian plumbing license. * Attitude: Punctual, responsible, and equipped with excellent organizational and communication skills. * Driver's License: Possess a valid BC Class 5 driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Legal Status: Able to provide a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and identification. *What We Offer* * Systematic training in technical and management skills. * Assistance with logging apprenticeship hours (ITA Hours) in BC. * Competitive wages ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, based on experience and skills. *Employee Benefits* * Company vehicle and fuel card. * 4% paid vacation. * WCB coverage and commercial group insurance.
