The company has experienced a strong increase in business, particularly in the last 5 years.</span></p></span><br><br><b></b><span><p><strong><span>YOU LOVE TO :</span></strong></p><ul> <li>Manage on a daily basis operations of the after-sales department by complying with the annual business plan, in order to maximize profitability goals of the department,</li> <li>Supervise the work team, ensure they are trained, ensure performance assessments and is in charge of hiring high-quality personnel,</li> <li>Measure and analyze performance and productivity standards for workshop and road technicians, according to annual objectives of the department,</li> <li>Maintain high-quality after-sales services for both internal and external clients,</li> <li>Draft annually a business plan that aims to increase the volume of sales for the service department,</li> <li>Serve clients with enthusiasm and meet their needs by carrying out various searches,</li> <li>Periodically visit clients, so as to maintain good business relationships and to be up-to-date with the needs of the latter,</li> <li>Make sure all the department tools and equipment are available and maintained in good working condition at all times and annually recommend the purchase of tools and equipment,</li> <li>At all times, comply with the standards and policies regarding health and safety in the workplace.</li></ul></span><br><br><b></b><span><p><strong><span> YOU HAVE IDEALLY :</span></strong></p><ul> <li>A college or university degree or a diploma in a field related to mechanics or parts or any other related field,</li> <li>Three years’ experience and + in a supervisory and personnel management position in an after-sales services department,</li> <li>Mechanics is your calling,</li> <li>You are passionate about agriculture, business or the industrial field,</li> <li>Bilingual (French and English) for some stores,</li> <li>Excellent aptitude for communications, coaching, planning and discipline, leadership, professional integrity and a passion for customer service!</li></ul></span><br><br><span><p><strong>WE OFFER :</strong></p><ul> <li>Monthly and annual bonus plan based on the department results</li> <li>Group insurance after 3 months of seniority;</li> <li>RRSP with employer participation after 3 months of seniority;</li> <li>A cellphone and a laptop;</li> <li>Workwear provided by the employer;</li> <li>Corporate discounts for our employees and your family</li> <li>Ongoing training for our employees offered by our in-house trainer and by John Deere</li></ul></span><br><br><b></b><span><p><span>Come join a young and dynamic team in which it is possible for you to grow, career-wise, throughout our 18 stores in Quebec or in Ontario!</span></p><p><span>Welcome to our JLD-Laguë family!</span></p></span><br><br><span><p><span> </span>#ind1</p></span><br><br> <br> <ul></ul>
