*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated foreman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various plumbing systems. This role requires expertise in assembling, reading schematics and blueprints, and utilizing power tools effectively. Must be able to independently run a job site and crew . The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. *Responsibilities* * Lead hand , Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Assemble and install plumbing fittings and fixtures using appropriate tools. * Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or leaks. * Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks. * Collaborate with HVAC technicians when necessary to ensure integrated system functionality. * Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installation or repair tasks. * Apply basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately. * Weld pipes as needed for specific installations or repairs. * Build necessary structures or supports for plumbing installations. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. * Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints related to plumbing layouts. * Experience with power tools and other equipment relevant to plumbing tasks. * Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. * Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. * Certification or licensing as required by local regulations is preferred.
