*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated *Production Manager* for one of our clients in . The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in supply chain management, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement within the production environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet quality and delivery goals. * Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficiency and safety. * Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for cost-effectiveness and quality. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with company objectives. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in industrial manufacturing. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or similar methodologies is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,999.68-$116,076.03 per year Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * plant management: 3 years (preferred) * production management: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
