Recommend products or services to customers. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: No supervision responsibility. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Parking paid by employer.
