Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality technical support in English and French to customers across Canada and the United States, either by email and by phone on parts and various machines (dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.) * Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems * Enter parts orders into the computer system * Gather essential information to facilitate the production of work orders for service partners * Ensure the rapid shipment of necessary parts and provide documentation as needed * Find solutions to resolve problematic situations Required skills * Hold a diploma in electromechanics- LocationBoucherville, QC
