This is a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate will be a team player, must be able to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and cooling units * Monitor and conduct maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment on and off the site * Inspect HVAC systems and components to ensure they are in proper working condition * Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs * Conduct scheduled/preventative maintenance * Keep accurate records and reports * Maintain heating and air conditioning systems, boilers, pumps, fan units etc. * Read and interpret equipment manuals * Complete diagnostic tests and make adjustments * Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and efficiency * Determine needed inventory, supplies and equipment * *Requirements* * 313A Refrigeration and Airconditioning Systems Mechanic Certificate with a minimum of five years experience * TSSA Gas Technician 2 Certification * HVAC service experience with roof top units, air handler, chillers, furnace, gas boilers and water heaters * Ability to work on 110v up to and including 600v system and equipment's * Highly motivated and able to work independently * Able to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing * Able to multi-task and work under pressure * A valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record * Must be able to complete and pass a criminal background check If you have experience in the following areas, it would be considered a plus: - Boilers - Welding We offer competitive pay based on experience.
