The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various coatings and techniques, ensuring high-quality results in every project.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Apply powder coating to store fixtures, cabinets, and racks</li><li>Ensure a smooth, uniform finish on all products</li><li>Coordinate with the project manager to meet client specifications</li><li>Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in spray painting, specifically with powder coating</li><li>Familiarity with store fixtures, cabinets, and rack finishing</li><li>Attention to detail and quality control</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Peel HR is one of the fastest growing HR companies in the GTA.
