*Job Summary*
As the Operations Supervisor, you will manage employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance reviews. *Responsibilities*
* Coach, manage and motivate a team of Technical professionals to maximize their performance, engagement and achievement of objectives
* Sets the tone for shop operations and service sales; leads by example and exhibits a positive, cooperative, can-do attitude.
* Measure, monitor and drive achievement of all Operational metrics and provide appropriate reporting and analysis
* Lead and support the development of a Growth through Service mentality that drives customer satisfaction and future business growth
* Perform regular reviews of cost, quality, safety and productivity metrics, setting plans and executing these effectively to drive optimal performance of the Service team through goal setting, observation, coaching and reviews
* Introduce new initiatives to maintain further growth
* Create alignment between corporate goals and individual objectives
* Addresses Customer complaints in a professional, expedient manner
*Qualifications*
* 1 to 3 years experience in a leadership role
* Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to retain top talent
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse teams
* Heightened sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
* Demonstrate a strong verbal and written communication skillset
* Comfortable in an IOS environment including troubleshooting and training
* Windows 11 proficiency
* Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
