*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial & Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. *Duties* * Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial and residential spaces. * Utilize hand tools and equipment used for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed. * Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and address any concerns. * Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and handling hazardous materials. * Maintain a clean work area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Attention to detail in all aspects of work is essential. * Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments. * Must have a clean criminal record check. * Must have a reliable method of transportation.
